Since the purpose of the SC is to prevent serious inter-regional incidents like raiding and invasion, it is important to Condemn a huge region whose only purpose is raiding.
WA must condemn the 1st Order for Raiding.

Vaculatestar64 is a known name to many around these parts.
I don't consider him nearly notorious enough to warrant a condemnation. I almost laughed when I read "battle hardened veteran experience" actually.

This proposal would also be illegal - probably for R2a (copying an entire campaign TG verbatim and making it the bulk of your proposal) and R4d (the campaign TG you quoted was written from the perspective of "Supreme Leader Constantine Evreux" and not the WA), and definitely for R4a ("Star Wars") and R4c ("NS warfare gameplay").

The first order itself was taken, so I had to improvise. And Consular should come chat with me if he has a beef.
