Recognizing the unique space the Capitalist International Union (hereinafter referenced as the CIU) occupies as it stands athwart history providing sagacious wisdom and practices worthy of emulation,
Acknowledging the CIU as stalwart defenders of capitalist principles,
Noting that the CIU is an important thought leader in the realm of the free exchange of ideas,
Witnessing that the CIU operates with no obvious malicious intent towards any other region or individual nation,
Affirming the reputation of the CIU as a non-hostile interregional actor,
Further noting the region's fundamental respect for the principles of free speech, free expression, and free exchange
Attesting that the CIU continues to provide its regional member states a robust forum for role-playing and civic-laced levity,
Applauding the numerous and diverse viewpoints held by member states of the CIU that contribute to a more perfect understanding of capitalism, nation formation, and diplomacy,
Sanctioning the continued growth of the CIU as rising influence in NationStates,
Aware of the high level of involvement of the region's member states in NationStates gameplay and WA activity,
Convinced of the popularity and respect the CIU holds among many other regions and individual nations,
and hoping for the continued general success of the CIU in its honourable endeavors,
Hereby commends the Capitalist International Union.
