Okay, first of all, I don't see exactly how this is bad. I know raiding is bad for the victims, but I don't see how "forcing their raided regions to thank their "Helpful Ponies" for raiding them, boasting of their actions for "raiding regions like a cutie" and saying phrases like "raiding is magic" on the World Factbook Entries" is bad compared to total banjection.

This practice reminds me a lot of the antics of the skeleton army, which were commendable.

I don't see how they're any worse than any other raiders. Every raider changes the WFE of their victims. There's nothing really condemnable about bright colors. Save codemnations for griefing, so the mark of shame actually means something.

It should be self-evident to any individual engaged on this website that the prevalence of such fetishistic morons is not only a malevolent and bothersome distraction to the smaller regions of the game, but further, that the acceptance of brainless raiding and narcissistic trolling ought to be rejected on the mere grounds of common sense. The Canterlot region is, more than any other, a detriment to the social standing of NationStates, and threatens the quality and legitimacy of future WA developments. Whereas raiding in and of itself may potentially be excusable, the raiding practices of Canterlot are laughably idiotic and reprehensible. I mean.. I'll probably be very amused if this passes, but honestly speaking this isn't even a question of whether it should pass or not. As much as I'd love for Canterlot to be recognised, we have not even done enough for a "Hey I know those guys" let alone a condemn.

I do not see why we should condemn them, there is no reason why we should intervene in their freedoms as a region.

I vote against the proposal. While the wording had initially driven me to approve the proposal, further statistical evidence should be provided. As it stands, this is mostly a pathos-based attack on a raiding region's aesthetic rather than their malice. Forgive me if I misinterpret the situation, but it seems that the region, upon raiding another, does not eject the original members. While it may disrupt the aesthetic of the original region, this disruption is by no means permanent.

I am surprised no one attempted to mention The Conversion Bureau or any of its many derivatives as a parallel to the concept presented by Canterlot's status as a raiding region, or its raiding methods.
