Here's some advice. The latest draft is very disjointed from a reader's perspective. Try to make the words flow better.

I did try to give him some advice on clarity of expression. He seems to have ignored it.

Really? Please explain how they have called the shots.

They were very close resolutions.

Ok, so who has more influence on an outcome, a Delegate with 400 endos or one with 500 (TWP) or 600 (TP) or nearly 1300 (TNP) endos? To say that Tsu was calling the shots on these proposals is utter crap.

Knowing that Tsunamy created TSP's Council on Regional Security. This has helped increase security, and honors respected members of TSP, who are the only ones that can join, based on the rules of the joining:
-World Assembly membership in The South Pacific;
-a Soft Power Disbursement Score of at least 50000
or an Influence Ranking of at least Vassal;
-at least 200 endorsements or half the endorsements of the Delegate;
-and six consecutive months of legislator status, or at least two terms in the Local Council;

Not sure if this is R4 compliant - makes it sound too much like a game.

Perhaps if I worded it differently?

Perhaps if you got rid of it all together. What extra does telling us the rules bring to this proposal? Nothing.

Option 1: Submit as is and either watch it sink without trace or if by some miracle it reached quorum, see it get shot down in flames. As written it will not pass. I can't imagine Tsu voting for this, it is that badly written.

Option 2: Go away for a week, leave it be and then come back to it with some fresh ideas. At the moment you keep coming back to it like a scab. And like a scab if you pick at it, it won't get better. It will still be here, we'll still be here, Tsu will still be here.
