Security Council #35 should be struck out and rendered null and void.
NOTING that The Skeleton Army still declares itself as the "greatest raider region",
ACKNOWLEDGING that The Skeleton Army no longer "raids" regions anymore, in fact, raiding regions is Frowned upon many Nations.
FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGING that many of the points mentioned in the Commendation are about food and beverages, which should not be reasons for a commendation.
AWARE that the Thighbone of Surrender and "raiding" is all a joke, as the victims do not actually surrender their region.
BELIEVING that these "novel and unique military tactics" are actually the same way normal invader regions raid.
HEREBY REPEALS WASC Resolution #35, "Commend The Skeleton Army"

We can and we did. Now, I'm no expert on GP, but it's quite clear that The Skeleton Army left some sort of positive impact, so I'm not complaining. Heck, the fact that they were commended for raiding is noteworthy in and of itself.

The resolution commending the Skeleton Army serves as a reminder of happier, more innocent era of this game, when SC resolutions were not motivated by either self-gratification or desire to be douchebags to each other. And even if it is not true, we, the nation that was brought up listening to these legends of old, refuse to believe otherwise . Repeated attempts to deprive the NS community of such important monuments of history should be viewed as nothing more than acts of vandalism.
