Description: The Security Council,

Noting that Yuno1 is a raider, residing in The Rejected Realms, which is home to a notable and historic defender military.

Aware that this esteemed Council has Commended raiders in the past when their positives are particularly bright.

Applauding this nation's distinct lack of discrimination in serving regions that have conflicting ideals to their own.

Expecting to discover in the future that Yuno1 is in a contributing position in every region in the world.

Believing that the actions, behavior, and tolerance exhibited by Yuno1 should by held high as an example to follow.

Concerned that the captivation caused by this cosmopolitan character could remain concealed without the Commendation of this Council.

Hopeful that we, The Security Council, are perpetuating a trend of widespread positive contribution with this successful passage.

I'm well aware that submitting before letting all of you take a crack at my draft is a bit of taboo around here, and for that I apologize. Call it overconfidence.

Yuno herself has contacted me, saying she believes this is unlikely to pass. I've had other players close to me say that it's too early to commend her. To that, I argue that this Commendation should be used to set a precedent for this being commendable behavior. To the specific player that said about Commendations, "That's not what they're for"... they should be!

I know. I already apologized in the initial remarks for not doing so. Do you have any further thoughts on the proposal?

You need to list some of her specific accomplishments that would be commendable. At the moment, this entire draft could be summed up with "Yuno is tolerant of others and they are generally tolerant of her too".

I think that before this proposal was ready, it should have been fleshed out more. Specify the accomplishments of the commendee.

Either way, I will be voting against this one*. There is nothing commendable about a "cosmopolitan character" in my opinion, plus working for many is nothing new. Needs to be more specific.

*: Should it reach quorum, that is. I hope not.

I'll allow this proposal to fail, as it should, and then re-draft at a later date with more specific accomplishments, and have a thread on this forum for community input before any submission.
