[FAILED THEN PASSED] Repeal "Liberate Dank Memes"

I've put up a new draft if folks can check it out. I've removed any mentions to Nazi Europa and have also mildly toned down the language towards La Navasse.

Barring any issues, Take #2 is penciled in for mid-week or so.

I had to remove the "amused" bit to better ensure a TNP Aye vote. This is what happens when the other GCRs don't stack early enough to counter it gaining all the lemmings

I was holding off with this until I saw how the current Page 1 Repeal fared, but given that it never made quorum and the author seems to have forgotten about it, I'll be pushing this through.

I anticipate submitting either Saturday or Sunday, and believe that I've tweaked it sufficiently that it deals with the concerns of giving too much recognition to Nazis and the concern that I was being too disparaging towards La Navasse.
