Ostro does not constitute the whole defender bloc. XKI would support the repeal, but I don't know who else in our area would. More than likely you'll get support from TL/C, and maybe TSP? You'll definitely have TRR, Osi, Laz, TNP, TWP, TP, and TEP against your attempt. That's a big hurdle to overcome, but at the same time not impossible to overcome.

Thank you, Unibot. Its a very good proposal and I'd be excited to see something like it pass. However, I think there is a niche there. "On Frontiers" is an aggressive declaration stating various sanctions and guidelines for the new Frontier community, basically doing what the SC does best and making a lot of strongly-worded statements on the topic.
On the other hand, what I've been aiming for can be partially represented by this quote from the On Frontiers draft:
"Delighted to see the emergence of new regions which can spawn sentient life and complex governments within them,"
and expanding it into a proposal declaring the fresh, new state of the multiverse and how F/S has changed many things. Or how now that Strongholds exist, nations now have the option to be invincible. etc etc
