Fair enough, I meant mostly because I know people have done stuff like contacting people outside of NS to entice them to un-cte for the sake of a c&c.

Two things, one, wickedly evil people is a resolution in progress now so it should be marked as such on the list. Secondly, the bottom says something like “symbolic condemnation of quorum raiding” but I’m pretty sure that would now just fit into declarations, yes? I imagine that note was made before declarations existed.

EDIT: Also half a color tag missing next to Atlantian Oceania

ANOTHER EDIT: What is the time limit on “in process”. For instance, Amerion’s in process proposal has apparently not been touched since mid May. Is that still considered in process?

That is true, and also the resolutions about Pencil Sharpeners 2 and Drop Your Pants have passed so that's another update to make.

Honestly, not an intentional exclusion: I don't really know a lot of invaders. >_< I wouldn't be able to distinguish the ones that deserve a C&C from the ones that aren't there yet.

Are you thinking of writing a declaration about determining how actual authors are the boss compared to co-authors?

HS has transferred the ownership of this thread to me. I plan to maintain this to the best of my abilities, as well as expand this into a place where new authors can get inspiration and resources from to give players the spotlight they deserve for their extensive contributions to the NationStates community.

As a part of that, I plan to revamp the OP soon. Please let me know of any new nominees you can think of that deserves a C/C but isn't on the OP! Same with Declarations and other miscellaneous ideas as well.

Caraca sus (amogus) is long CTE and I'd be very surprised if they came back. Also get rid of Twobagger from the nominees list lmao

Aumelodia II's is at vote rn

Numero Capitan - Surprised he hasn't gotten it in all this while
Karputsk - same as with Numero Capitan
Of Crazed - I had a draft for this, but I don't really intend to pursue it until I actually get back into SC writing.

Neo Kervoskia - Serial couper, fairly important Empire person, might have difficulty because of the region he resides in now though?

I plan to include a seperate table column for each nominee's achievements when ~~I stop being lazy~~ figure out the BBCode for it, but I'll just write up a short summary of Apato's nominees as far as I know:

Numero Capitan - former FRA Intelligence Minister, famous for being a really good infiltrator of raider orgs and pioneering some spotting methods that defenders still use today. Also is/was a major figure in 00000 A World Power and The South Pacific (as Daytime to Night).

Karputsk- former FRA Arch-Chancellor, famous for leading multiple major liberations (like Asia in 2013 and Anontia in 2019) and refounds (like Hogwarts in 2015) and creating #jump, the precursor to Libcord. Currently serving as a Commander in the Rejected Realms Army. Also was a major figure in New Sorvun, Equinox and Spiritus.

Of Crazed - former DEN Field Marshal, infamous for orchestrating many major raids (like Norvus Orsa, Feudal Japan and The Rejected Realms with Taijitu) and building the original iteration of DEN to be a fearsome organization. Was a former Delegate of The South Pacific and a figure of importance in some other places I'm forgetting right now. You can't mention DEN anymore due to their transgressions in the Predator scandal, so should be an interesting one to write.

Eura - I'm afraid I'm totally unfamiliar with the name, maybe someone from the NSS community can chime in here?

Neo Kervoskia - former Delegate The North Pacific and Osiris, infamous for being one of the founding members of Empire, a group of players that perpetuated coups of several GCRs (like The East Pacific in 2008 and Osiris in 2012) over the last 13 years. I'm pretty sure there's more to it, but it's what I can recall right now.

Eura is (AFAIK) a multi-time winner of the World Cup and pretty important figure in Rushmore, though there's definitely more to it.

As to Neo Kervoskia, other stuff they've done is eject-raiding TRR after being given control of Emperor Matthuis (then Delegate of TNP)'s nation, couping Osiris and I believe he was involved in the coup of TEP.

There was nothing in the Predator rulings about not being allowed to mention DEN in SC proposals.

Referring to Predator and everything around it would require a ruling from Moderation, but mentioning DEN or TBR in proposals is fine.
