And we started by not passing this resolution

Never underestimate the power of cynicism, pessimism and negativity to prevent terrible things from happening. Only idealists try to build the future on a mountain of bodies.

The Thing to Remember About NationStates is that it is an almost entirely social game - fundamentally, you have no power beyond your own ability to convince people to go along with your ideas. In that sense, even the most dictatorial region is fundamentally democratic.

Thank you for putting so simply what I've been trying to say in all my arguments. I couldn't find the words for it
"The Sun Always Rises"...until the WA finds a way to prevent that too with meaningless resolutions.

I can't believe that I missed what was a hotly-fought battle. Maybe I'll be more fortunate next time.

One delegacy change lost it for the good guys.

This is the realistic version of that movie, then.

You're saying this to someone who told the Delegate of his region to vote against the resolution.

More like people who were tricked into thinking a condemnation has meaningful degenerative impact on a region.

1) I fail to see what how voting on a Condemnation proposal makes one a freedom lover/hater.
2) I thought this was about the region being Nazi, and insulting/doing some raiding and whatnot to Muslims and their regions.

TIL condemning people for their political views is "freedom-loving".
While she had no regrets about throwing the lever to douse her husband's mistress in molten gold, Blanche did feel a pang of conscience for the innocent bystanders whose proximity had caused them to suffer gilt by association.

Um...actually, it does. One person cannot raid a region alone. One person cannot invade or defend, or lead a liberation. Hell, the most one person can do is push a really crappy proposal to vote and hope it succeeds.

JUST hope it succeeds a crappy proposal? Well, let's just say he's got 2 endorsements and all of his friends who aren't in the ERoGC are in his dossier. That vote was close! if there were more countries voting for him, he would've won! But what else he could do? Encourage his friend nations into the ERoGC! There's a small chance but so what?

Hi, UCSoO. I just wanted to stand up for you. I looked at your posts in the forum and you never said that you said that the region was Nazi. But it is and I hate Nazis. :geek: :geek: :geek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

I never said you did. The proposal in question says it is.
