And? Spamming over 1000 regions with embassy requests is not much of an accomplishment. Also, the regions The Bar on the Corner of Every Region and the Guardian Network have much more embassies than The Embassy.

Likewise, having an RMB that functions as a recruitment billboard for others is also not commendable. Last I checked, there were 276 other regions with the "Recruiter Friendly" tag.

What "diplomatic dialogue"? Is this code for being recruiter friendly? The Embassy's RMB is mostly filled with ads, not meaningful diplomatic dialogue.

And 677 regions have the tag "Neutral." It's far from unique.

They have ceased their efforts. Earlier this year, whenever I founded a new region for puppet storage, I would be inundated with requests from embassy collectors. One name that always showed up was The Embassy. Now, whenever I found a new region, I rarely get requests. A quick glance at the Regional Happenings of The Embassy shows that they have not requested for embassies at all recently. The officers only accept embassy requests that they get, but they never send out any themselves anymore.

In short, a commendation for The Embassy would not be appropriate because they haven't done anything commendable.

Alexander Smith, Tinhamptonian Delegate-Ambassador to the World Assembly: I know we might be in the same region, and I know that this region has embassies with THE Embassy, but this does not look like a commendable draft. As the, erm... Bhang Bhang Ducian and Marsupial ambassadors have pointed out, this Commendation is very weak. I urge that you find a more deserving region to commend.
