NOTING that Haven has hidden behind a secret password for a long time,
Which is perfectly in their right to do so if they don't want to be raided or swarmed with n00bs.
APPALLED that access to the region is being restricted by a tyrannical delegate, who is unaccountable to the region and The World Assembly if allowed to hide behind the password,
... How is he tyrannical? I want specific examples.
REALISING that regions have a right to self-determination but The Security Council has the duty to "disseminate inter-regional peace and goodwill, by force if necessary" and so a Liberation must be put in place.
Okay, why not just ban all passwords? Oh that's right, not everyone like the R/D game, and don't want to play. Really, its a pity that a password is even needed to keep the raiders at bay from annoying those that don't care for them.
CONCERNED that the region Haven could die a slow death if the current delegate is not prevented from passwording the region,
lulwat? Its not like a new WA delegate won't have control over the password in the case of delegate deletion.
HEREBY Liberates Haven.
More like puts it at the mercy of a few Nazi's. And we all know how things under the mercy of Nazi's tend to fare.
Therefore, to preserve freedom and the ever important barrier between region-side and forum-side gameplay, this measure must be- not just defeated- but defeated in such a way as to establish undeniable precedent that RP regions are guaranteed protection from raiders.
