RMB References in Proposals

Excuse me for posting this here; there isn't a thread like this (that I know of at least) for the Security Council. So I'm putting this here.

How do I make a reference to RMB posts without it being an R4 (or whatever it was) violation? Like, in the way that Commend NoQ replaced "issues author" with "political issues conveyor"?

What context are you looking for? If the nominee is suppressing all the posts, you could speak about how they are suppressing dissent. If the nominee is flooding the board with spam, you could speak about how they are destroying the fabric of civilised society. Also, this has been done before. I am, however, sure that this has been done before.

Speaking about the RMB in an in-universe manner has been done in SC resolutions before. Embassy posting would probably be handled by saying that they communicated with the natives, built up rapport, supported diplomatic efforts, etc.
