This is a House of Cards violation. Basically that means you are using one resolution to support another. In this case, if SC #12 was to be repealed, then this resolution is now unsupported. See:

If you cite the resolution by name it is a House of Cards violation, because resolutions can be repealed. But if you say the region was condemned, that remains true even if the condemnation is later withdrawn.

So for future use, you should have said:
"Also notes that Todd McCloud, a nation that was commended by the SC, inhabits the region."

These little things are why we have a drafting stage, you should post a proposal here BEFORE you submit so that any little thing like this can be fixed, then submit.

Ambassador Dienes spluttered, drenching his young aide with hot Flarian coffee. Honorary? Honorary?! He stood and walked to the portrait of the late Ambassador Ra-ghoratreii hanging in its honoured position side-by-side with that most perfect of visages, President Jaresh-Inyo. He sighed; he hadn't been installed as Ra-ghoratreii's successor to be called a lame-duck Ambassador, a man with a title and no powers. True as it may be that, technically, the President of the United Federation was the man with his finger on the trigger (literally - Dienes had seen what Jaresh-Inyo's trigger finger could do with the public spectacle of Ra-ghoratreii's execution) but it was still Dienes himself who appeared to have the diplomatic authority.

He couldn't have that undermined in the World Assembly, not be being referred to as 'honorary'. No no, the citizens would never stand for it; there'd be anarchy, uproar. It might provoke, he smiled wanly, a crack-down...

He motioned for his drenched, and sore, aide to come forward. Take this down, and send it off post-haste. He paused, as the aide activated his FedPADD to take notes. The United Federation of Aligned Planets does not take kindly to having its Ambassadors belittled. Be sure that...

I read your recent proposal with some interest and must say that it does contain some interesting... notions. Most peculiarly, I was amused to be referred to as the Honorary Delegate for The United Federation of Aligned Planets; does Burchadinger's intelligence service know something about the inner workings of the United Federation's diplomatic corps that I do not? I would like to assure you that I, Ambassador Dienes, am the rightful successor to Ra-ghoratreii after his... unfortunate... misdemeanours that led to his... removal... from office.

If there is anything that your neighbours in Aligned Planets can do to assist, then I am at your service.

Again I would remind those that wish for these features to be removed that your best bet is to make your case to the Mods and Admins in the Technical forum. Attempting to blunt the feature did not work for Gameplayers dissatisfied with Influence and it will not work for you.
