The intent is quite simply to open up Haven to raiding, and the wording (as well as accusation of regional involvement in the TSP coup, ironic considering the writer himself was heavily involved) is but fluff!

I uh... I don't really have any conspiracy theories. I make a case that Haven was involved in the coup of TSP. Links are in the OP. Take it or leave it as you will.

None of which affected the proposal apparently...what happened to changing the "heavily involved" wording? I thought we made significant progress on that. If you're just going to pick through the discussion for points supporting your original wording, why discuss at all?

You could have been more eloquent and gone with "This entire thread has been a massive drama scene by the RP community and supporters" but I get your point.

Furthermore, I don't see that as "entitlement"; I see it more as a right for them to defend their choice not to participate in the Raiding and Defending aspects of it all, which is precisely what Generalites and other people in other aspects of gameplay have declined to do as far as I am aware.

To conclude, I am aware of the precedent this is creating, but I could care less if it passes or not as precedent, but at least the proposal should have been more fleshed out. As it stands I do not see this proposal's logic of even existing.

I stated somewhere along the way that upon further reading I was content with it because it states that regions like haven were "heavily involved", so it allowed for a more lenient interpretation of Haven's actions.
