Enact Anti-Gun Laws

I want to propose an Anti-Gun law in the Security Council and also enact a law to ban all firearms from getting into young hands. The recent shooting in my country has stirred some controversy in Obamapolis. I want the world to have no guns or anything! I am the state! :lol2:
