Condemn The Scandinvans[Draft](Illegal No-Posting)

Noting, that The Scandinvans have the largest slave market in the world. Also noting that The Scandinvans has used its power to bully and use people who disobey his will and in inexplicable ways. Also noting, with the introduction of his new "Slave Market" It has adolescent sex slaves, clearly against the law.
Hereby States that: 1)The Scandinvans be Condemned by the WA as a whole, no exceptions.
2)The Scandinvans may apply for removal of the condemnation if they stop selling of all slaves until they repeal to the General Assembly why they should be given their "Slave Market" back
Overall: Knowing that The Scandinvans is selling minors a "sex slaves", as well as using racist opinions on the price of their "stock" discriminating all but the caucasian race, putting them at the highest price. Hereby, this bill condemns The Scandinvans for breaking the actual law of Australia, as well as selling minors 11+ as "sex slaves" as well as bullying many Nations, and using their population to further induce his Tyranny.

Yes, but, with laws sketchy like this, it is important to know that this person would be breaking the law in the country that hosts the servers of NS.

Ah, is this RP?
I repeat what was already said, though - you need to remove the RL references. Make a statement on how this is morally indecent or something, but don't include references from the actual RL law of Australia. It may be accurate, and I'm not disagreeing with you and saying that it isn't, but you can't do it.

Well, there was a IC thread where The Scandinvans opened up a slave trade. Personally, I don't endorse slaves at all, but it was an IC thread, so I don't see how we can Comdemn them. You couldn't condemn a nation that RPs invading a neutral country, so I don't see how you could Comdemn The Scandinvans.

The current draft, apart from its inapplicable RL references, seems a bit confused about whether it's referring IC to a nation or OOC to that nation's player...

I see that slave trade is being roleplayed here, but real-real world references are not allowed, and there is no need for a link to prove it in the proposal text itself.
Bear in mind that the draft can only condemn and nothing else, therefore:

Well. You seem to fail to grasp the fact that this rp is merely my attempt, at least in small measure, to actually highlight the real world problems of the enslavement of both adults and minors for sexual purposes.

...and the resolution is ILLEGAL due to RL references and for stating terms (not the function of a SC resolution), which I have repetitively told Slaytesics and which he refuses to acknowledge...

Well, if you were RPing as having your nation doing it, I think it basically holds your nation responsible. If you're RPing your nation as an evil nation, why not let it be condemned?
Although Slaytesics is doing this the wrong way.

While the Scandinavians have done most of what they are charged against. If you condemn them for Slavery, you must condemn all nations who use slavery. This surely is an illegal condemnation.
(ooc: About the minors, Is it not possible that they have a lower age of consent? It is sickening to us, we know, but it is exactly this kind of stand on the issue of Age of Consent, that makes this game as popular as it is.)

The NS server is not hosted in Australia, so that right there puts this out for me because if somebody must use untruths to push their agenda the legitimacy of the remainder must be called into question as well. Also, this is using RW references and threats of RW illegality to legitimize an attack on an RP, which is basically nothing more than amateur storytelling. This condemnation has no merit whatsoever.
