Surprised that Acitcratna truly is a defender (I know, shocking), while still claiming that no true, powerful defender region still exists,
Suspicious of my true methods, with regards to the above,
Skeptical that my plan will work, which is a natural response for most nations, seeming how most defender regions collapse or don't defend correctly (or both).

Shocked... shocked? Really? A delegate that has been accused of being a spy before, remains inactive for 5 days at a time, and ignores my telegrams even when on? Not to mention what you did after him...
Outraged...They left because I consented to the popular opinion, and they didn't like it (neither did I).
