Appalled that The Dourian Embassy made Osiris a protectorate of Gatesville Inc, a pariah region notorious for its opposition to this institution, in direct violation of Osiris's regional sovereignty and values, and asked foreign officials from Gatesville Inc to take control of the nation and therefore the delegacy of the region,

Further appalled by The Dourian Embassy's wanton ejection and banning of natives and suppression of free speech within Osiris,

Repulsed by The Dourian Embassy's initial attempts to legitimize the coup with accusations of election rigging by [nation=short]Biyah[/nation] and other members of the Osirian government, allegations which were eventually proven false,

Disgusted by The Dourian Embassy's eventual admission of its motivations for the coup: that the nation "was done with Osiris," intended to "wreck the place" and thought that a coup "would be entertaining,"

Saddened by The Dourian Embassy's casual betrayal of the trust placed in the nation by the Osirian people,

The Security Council,

Condemns The Dourian Embassy.

I disagree. I don't see how the fact that he isn't personally running the occupation makes him any less condemnable. He made it happen, and that's enough.
