At 9:09 p.m., on the third of February, 2013, a squadron of Navorgskan aircraft dropped chemical bombs upon the town of Trinidad on the Navorgskan-dubbed Pandyssian continent. The continent was being colonized at the time. Also at the time, the nation of Providence and Port Hope, had been at war with the Navorgskan Empire due to a Navorgskan invasion of a colony to the east.
The Government of Providence and Port Hope swiftly responded with a surprise attack on the only beachhead of the Navorgskan expedition. The attack destroyed the landing force. It was for that reason that on February 3rd, 2013, that the Navorgskan Air Force bombed a war refugee camp at Trinidad. The bombers were armed with deadly chemical bombs. The bombs killed all 35,000 civilians.
The World Assembly recognizes the rights of civilians in wartime, and therefore recognizes the great crime committed by the nation of Navorgska. It is for the crime that the World Assembly hereby condemns the Navorgskan Empire.
