Now that Nuclear and Ballistic Warheads have came a long, many of these nations have gotten a hold of such and are incapable enough to possess such weaponry and power, i suggest to the international Community that we have IMMEDIATE DISARMENT of Tyrannical Nations that have such power, they CANNOT be trusted. I also would like to amend, that we take these warheads and give them to the international Coalition Forces of the World Assembly'd government, for a free, more stable Free Planet."-
