Quite right. We should limit Commendations and Condemnations to raiders and defenders. They own both a keyboard and a clock.

Some standards are set to high; we'd be waiting for a god like prayer to come walking along every few years before someone bothered to write a proposal for them. No fun, commending and condemning are worthy rewards for world assembly writing.

I know I'm late in this but in my opinion...

When it comes to "worthyness" if a nation did the world a service, commend them....if a disservice, condemn.

That simple.

lets not get bogged down in things like he only did this, or he only did that. There real question is were those things worth while to anyone or were moot.
