Why can't I propose a repealz?

No one's going to be able to help you unless you specify what exactly is wrong. Which resolution were you trying to repeal? And what happened when you tried?

You do know that to repeal a resolution you look at it in the previous WA resolutions and click the repeal button, it cannot be done from the regular 'submit a proposal' page. (As kenny said, hard to help with no specifics.)

Actually... something is wrong, those links to repeal them don't show up on Internet Explorer 7 (I'm not on my home computer).

They only show up for nations with two endorsements.
