[PROPOSAL]Repeal "Liberate South Pacific"

UNDERSTANDING that South Pacific was invaded by The Black Hawks, aided by Unknown, The Black Riders, Kantrias, Ainur, and The New Inquisition, but it has since been liberated.

COMMENDING the efforts of the Security Council in their liberation.

NOTING that, as South Pacific is now free from The Black Hawks, that it might be once again invaded, and it might be very weak, because it cannot stop invaders from coming.

WISHING that South Pacific to be forever free, and knowing that this liberation might be a threat to their security.

HEREBY Repeals SC #108 Liberate South Pacific.

I mean, I really don't see the value in removing the liberation at all and I doubt it has native support.

Just as previously asked, what native(s) support this? I won't support it unless the natives are showing support. It is their region. Are they co-authoring? Aiding or assisting?
