RECOGNIZING A REGION THAT HELPS OTHERS WILLINGLY.
The Pagophagic Powers, a region founded Philomachus is a region that takes in new, needy, and poor nations. It also takes action to nations that abuse their powers in and out of the region.

Okay. Let's take this apart. Firstly - your proposal needs a lot more content. Secondly, you can't use personal pronouns (you used 'I') - which breaks Rule 4a and Rule 4c. I recommend reading the SC rules and the Guide before deciding whether to continue with this. As a note, this is practically a self-commendation, which are frowned upon.

And also, as OP is, trying to commend the 12-day-old region in which s/he currently resides is just...no.
