[DRAFT] Condemn New Cubeckistan

Currently I am working on a proposal to condemn New Cubeckistan, and am seeking aid in making sure it is acceptable.

The Security Council,

NOTING that New Cubeckistan has another state in the form of Cubeckistan which has been abandoned due to expulsion from the WA, which shall be treated as the same nation for the purposes of this condemnation,
AWARE that New Cubeckistan has repeatedly started wars within the region of The Dakka Off Topic Wastes, which has divided nations and caused unrest within the region,
NOTING New Cubeckistan is WA Delegate for The Dakka Off Topic Wastes,
ALARMED New Cubeckistan has suppressed messages within The Dakka Off Topic Wastes unjustly, which have caused conflict and have interfered with the politics of the region,
DISGUSTED that New Cubeckistan has abused the endorsement system as a form of bribery, corrupting the political system within The Dakka Off Topic Wastes,
HORRIFIED New Cubeckistan has repeatedly threatened other nations who wish to contest for the position of Delegate, further corrupting the political system within The Dakka Off Topic Wastes,
RECOGNIZING New Cubeckistan has slandered other nations and perpetuated falsehoods referring to the wars in the region, alienating those who wish to reform the political system or replace the delegate,
ALARMED that New Cubeckistan's actions have caused a hostile rift in the region,
ASSERTING that the World Assembly should attempt to stop corruption and strive for the betterment of all nations, including those within war,

Hereby condemns New Cubeckistan.

Doesn't sound like anything the SC should be concerned with. I read using WAD/Founder powers and some bad RP warfare, something there is a lot of in the world.

I dissagree. I beleive if this nation is truly abusive that we should look into it. Once again that being said, it requires a lot of testimony from other nations within the region, some evidence of misdeeds, etc.

AWARE that New Cubeckistan has, through the founder powers granted by the nation of Cubeckistan, removed Regional Control privileges to the Delegate within The Dakka Off Topic Wastes,
ALARMED New Cubeckistan has removed any password system from The Dakka Off Topic Wastes, allowing free migration into a region that cannot be stopped without access to Regional Control;
DISGUSTED that New Cubeckistan has desecrated the regional description which cannot be changed without Regional Control,

Same problem. Condemning a nation for using WAD/Founder powers is silly, because so many nations in the game do it. Read up on recently-passed Condemnations (this is a good example) to get a feel for the type and amount of information you need to include. This type of stuff you have proposed thus far just isn't worthy of attention from the SC.

No, as in they've crippled the region. Nobody can control the region at all. Anybody can come in and spam, and we can't deal with it.

No, as in they've crippled the region. Nobody can control the region at all. Anybody can come in and spam, and we can't deal with it.

So move elsewhere - start a new region. Also, if you are having issues with spam, you should file a Get Help Request. The SC isn't the place to deal with that (indeed, it is illegal to do so under R2c.).

Indeed. But you've taken a good step that most new authors don't - posting here can help you avoid illegalities such as that. We (the regulars) are here to help.
