The Security Council,
Believing that asking World Assembly (WA) members to comply with all WA resolutions according to the interpretations of other nations is an unrealistic expectation;
Asserting that the Hippostanian government did not violate all the WA resolutions that it was condemned for transgressing;
Dismayed by the Hippostanian government's apparent desire for a Security Council condemnation and concerned that this issue has created further tension between Hippostania and other nations of the world;
Questioning the integrity of condemning a nation which provided information to contribute to the resolution,
Noting that despite some of their World Assembly resolution violations, Hippostania retains relations with many other nations around the world,
Affirming that reprehensible actions should be condemned, but that the Hippostanian government's atrocities are not on the same level of those undertaken by recently condemned nations such as Milograd and Ralkovia, which committed genocide against their citizens;
Hereby Repeals Condemn Hippostania.
