The Security Council,

DISMAYED at the ill-thought out, poorly reasoned, and unnecessary actions of [nation=short+noflag]Punk Reloaded[/nation] during the conflict between The West Pacific and The South Pacific,

RECOGNIZING the urgency required to stop Punk Reloaded's actions at the time of the conflict, and therefore to pass resolution #65,

NOTING that this conflict has passed over its zenith, and both regions are stable,

FURTHER NOTING that Punk Reloaded no longer is the delegate of the West Pacific, and so no longer holds the power he abused,

BELIEVING in reconciliation,

When PD proves he doesn't deserve the condemnation then you will have a chase to repeal this. At the current standing, I don't see this passing regardless of the text structure. You will be better of picking another resolution and taking a crack at it.

Yes, clarify. How has Punk Reloaded changed its ways? Don't listen to Feux, you can persue this matter effectivly if you wish. Usually a repeal would only take place if the target was not deserving of a condemnation. Otherwise if the shoe fit back then, Punk would keep the brand. Changing doesnt normally preclude the removal of well deserved condemnation/commendation(s). I, however would like to know if Punk actually has changed or is it just that this nation no longer has any power left to negitively effect these or other regions. The former would garner my support. The latter...opposition.

"Don't listen to Feux" is usually sound advice. You need a lot more information in this repeal if it is to be successful. Address the points in the original legislation and state why that logic is incorrect or flawed.

For the record, I'd strongly urge TWP to go to war again if the circumstances were the same.

My philosophy rarely changes and it certainly hasn't changed as time has passed since this incident. Given the circumstances, war would be the option I'd encourage.
