Why go through with it. Its not likly to reach quorum. If it reached quorum its even less likely to get passed. If it got passed it would be forever repeal bait for anhyone who wanted to try.

It is only advantageous to try to make the best possible prosal.

I applaud the conciseness of this proposal (it really does cut to the chase nicely), but given the horrifying absence of not just one, but two definite articles, I would be forced to vote AGAINST this when it inevitably reaches quorum.

UPDATE: I have removed the period at the end. While this is not grammatically proper, it does not affect the legality of the proposal and helps to decrease the number of characters within it.

As to the proposal I would trim it down a bit. Contributions is a long word and could be shortened were you to use the word aid.

Aid might not quite cover it, though.
"work by" would be better and is still pretty darn short.
