Why do one address the WASC in this case? Is internal affairs of The 47 percent the business of the international community?
I understand it's a satirical joke concerning the US presidental election, but still..

Yes its clever. Yes it is funny. I even enjoyed reading the proposal and its replies. But should it be allowable? It is a thinly veiled poke at real world issues. Even though I am inclined to agree with the politics of it, I don't think that NS should be condemning or commending real organizations or real world bodies of people. I have to oppose this proposal.
