I don't think either of the Mad Sheep Railgun proposals belong in this thread. They're both legal.

I ruled, in the Commend Goobergunchia thread. that it was legal to mention resolutions of a previous body, as there was no possibility that those resolutions would ever be negated by repeals, so the first one stands.

Possibly the second one could be queried on the "no proposals on matters that could be resolved in Moderation", but he's not asking that the name be removed (which would be a Moderation matter), he's just condemning it as a choice.

Silly? Well, I'm not going to be the one to tell the GA that commending one of its predecessor's historic proposals is silly. And the second one merely condemns a nation for an action, which is well within the ambit of the category.

I would assume the first is legal though silly too... But your saying it is totally legal to condemn my region because it happens to have the same name as another body?! I'm not worried, merely surprised... Lol...

If the Condemnation is properly written, at this stage, it's legal to condemn your nation for breathing air. Or not, as the case may be. A condemnation doesn't mean you have to stop doing whatever's just been condemned. It just means the WA doesn't like your doing it.

Sorry, I thought this thread was for resolutions that were silly, rather than for those which were illegal. I posted them here, as they seemed to have been written in a tongue-in-cheeck manner (ie were silly), not because I thought they violated any rules. If I'd have thought them illegal, I would have made a getting help request.
