Wow, I'm surprised ...it did pretty good for endorsements, its just shy of making quorum -- and I had a dahm hard time getting endorsements (my telegram box was loaded with 'you're a NAZI' attacks). I wouldn't be hugely surprised with that kind of support if we saw another attempt at a repeal before Christmas.

Hello, if I may just explain the phrasing there, what I meant by "neutrality" is that it does not openly support either side in the "defender" and "raider" game. This resolution seems to be heavily in favour of defenders.
