Description: Exasperated by the unjustified actions by The IRS by attempting to impose numerous regional taxes, tariffs, and regulatory fees that are not officially approved by any nation in the Nation of Nations and Friends;
Noting the practices of High Auditor, the dictatorial leader of The IRS, and how this leader endeavors to exert an influence outside of the realms of said leader’s state;
Observing that regional taxes on such items, aspects, and characteristics such as, but not limited to:
• Martial arts
• Creatures thought to have been non-existent or extinct
• Telegrams
• Pre-paid taxes
• Scientific research
• Assassinations
• Pre-paid taxes
are completely impetuous and unwarranted, as no authority was granted to The IRS by any nation, including the leader of the region Domernicus, within the bounds of the Nation of Nations and Friends.
Denouncing The IRS’s actions pertaining to the enforced taxing of all nations in the Nation of Nations and Friends and the use of auditors to extract said regional excises vehemently and with threat of deadly force;
Further Denouncing the targeting of specific nations and their people via regional taxes by The IRS, such as a duty on nomadic pirates directed towards The Land Air Water and Space Pirates and their people’s way of life, and a tariff on derps that targeted the leader Derpy Hooves of The Coweta Republic and its national business, the Derpy Mail Service, along with other taxes throughout the region of the Nation of Nations and Friends attacking countries in similar and equally appalling manner;
Abhorring that The IRS did not consult with the appropriate regional authorities (namely the members of the designated regional council for approved actions: Domernicus, Aaron, and The Soviet Democratic Republic Kingdom) to put the above-mentioned regional excises into place;
Disconcerted by the premeditated aspect of the intolerable tax burden on the region, as The IRS declared a “countdown to annihilation” within the region specifically for this imprudent event;
Perturbed by The IRS’s violation of several codes of law within the states in the Nation of Nations and Friends and obdurate attitude towards any resistance or opposition of the taxes and duties put in place, as well as instituting new excises on nations initially not included in the plethora of taxes already enforced;
Acknowledging a truly unjust breach of human rights within The Coweta Republic in the form of the tariff on derps, which is a direct tax on disabled citizens of said Republic, and is in complete ignorance and blatant opposition to the laws set in place by Derpy Hooves to improve human rights in this leader’s lands;
Noting the intrusion by the IRS into the territory of Thought-to-be-Mythical Creatures by use of sniffing dogs in order to fully exploit the tax of “creatures thought to have been non-existent or extinct” by discovering as many beasts, fowl, and other living beings as possible within the other country’s lands to apply additional excise;
Indicating that the deeds of The IRS are motivating other nations within the Nation of Nations and Friends to begin instituting their own unjustified, unapproved regional taxes, and is causing a potential collapse of regional order by this flagrant act of taxation;
Concluding that the activities of The IRS are of the utmost disdainful and deplorable kind;
Hereby Formally Condemns The IRS.
