Recognizing The Regions influence, and It's place as a hub for nations of all Regions to come together in unity.

Noticing How the region brings raiders and defenders together through Embassies.

Seeing how many activities the Region has to offer to keep it active and to attract new nations, such as the following:

•The Regions ever active RP community, role-playing everyday things that occur in the bar, as well as other things that include Sorcery and Magic.

•The Regions regular Polls, that normally includes some sort of wacky or odd type of shenanigans.

•The Regions Unique Weekly poetry contest that has gone on for over a year, that the let's the Region and it's Embassies residents show their Creativity through different types of poetry that are chosen by the winner of the previous weeks contest.

Believing, that these reasons are capable of commending a region, and that other Regions in the past have been commended under these circumstances.

Link. Ignoring that last bit, all they really did to try to make it R3 compliant was italicizing "condemned" and repeating "for its crimes against the land", which continue to be a suggestion and a request respectively, as opposed to a legal operative clause.

Link. Rule 3 and while it seems slightly more Rule 4d compliant than the version from earlier today I still think the "hearing" clause is a violation.

Concerned that one of the members of the Secretariat, the respondent of this condemnation, invokes too much technicality in labelling a Resolution to Repeal "Freedom of Religion" as illegal without full understanding of the proposal to repeal.

Clearly, the Proposal to Repeal cited section 6 of the Freedom of Religion as the basis why the said law should be repealed. The respondent of this condemnation, who happened to be a member of the secretariat misunderstood the citation and concluded that the repeal only targets section 6 and not the entire law. Indeed, the Proposal to Repeal is intended for the entire law and not of the specific section only which was used as the basis for the proposal.

Condemning the Respondent, for dishonesty in rendering his function as a member of the Secretariat of the General Assembly.

Security Council Resolution #224 “Commend Drasnia” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The World assembly,

To begin
The resolution SC#224 commends Drasnia by proposing issues which kind of collides with rule 1: you can't commend members of Staff.
Ransium as proposing the resolution obviously should not be able to approve it, as approving its own resolution would be plain out corruption.

Acknowledging
Drasnia is not an issue editor but it is collaborating by proposing issues and thus bing commended by that.

If Drasnia's commendation stands every member of the site Staff should be commended for their duty as site Staff which clearly violates rule 1

Thus repeals Drasnia's commendation
