MORE OUTRAGED at the DSA 'witch hunt' perpetrated by Riost and others which denied members of the NWA from even talking to DSA members in a brutally Orwellian fashion, rightfully opposed by many in the NWA.

INFURIATED at the violations of common decency and abandonment of common sense which Riost embraced in the name of 'diplomacy', more similar to warmongering

FURTHER INFURIATED at the lack of support for talks between the two regions which The United Dark Republic supported and the utter refusal to even entertain the idea when contacted by DSA PM Oddendale.

Regional Delegate Funkadelia has usurped the Lazarene government and is actively engaged in subversion within Lazarus. Ejecting and banning natives, while ignoring the democratic processes of the Cosmic Council and undermining the authority of the Celestial Being.

Funkadelia attained leadership in Lazarus through shady dealings, including, registering new voters who had just joined the region, and only those that voted for it. Afterwards, a subtle campaign of gaining support followed, until a state of emergency was declared when it decided it had enough endorsements to usurp the regional government.

Funkadelia's reasoning for this state of emergency was because there was/is a group of conspirators looking to oust it as regional delegate. However, the state of emergency was a planned event to justify ousting Funkadelia's superiors once they'd caught wind of it's plan.

Once the state of emergency had been declared, Funkadelia began a campaign of extermination against those nations within Lazarus who are/we're part of the World Assembly and refused to support it's color revolution.

Funkadelia is seeking to undermine the prestige and influence of those nations within Lazarus still able to remain sovereign and unopposed by Funkadelia and it's band of conspirators, Killer Kitty and Scum. By way of mass migration of WA nations to Lazarus loyal to, and only to, Funkadelia and it's inner circle.

Destroying a good chapter in the history of the stability of Lazarus, the World Assembly hereby condemns Funkadelia.

The Security Council,

Noting that The Black Riders, a defunct raider organization which has been condemned by this council on two other occasions,

Acknowledging the thousands of regions have been raided by The Black Riders

Disturbed that many of these raids were executed using Predator, a weapon developed by General Halcones which informed raiders with a high degree of accuracy when to move into a region to capture it, and which was later found to be in contravention of international law,

Appalled that after being permanently sanctioned by the international community for the April 2015 recruitment scandal, the leader of General Halcones continued to subvert the raider community by covertly distributing the Predator weapon to other nations, resulting in an even bigger controversy in April 2016 that resulted in dozens of countries and a handful of regions being instantly obliterated,

Knowing that the raider community sees condemnation badges as rewards,

Believing that those nations, who use methods that violate international law to carry out raids, do not deserve to be recognized by this Council,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #217
