This proposal condemns this nation for hipocrasy against other small nations, while this nation laughs and calls them "Fagoots" in diplomatic requests. This nation needs to be put down and shown that oppressing their own people and other nations.

I propose that we show this nation that no nation is a "Fagoot" and we will make sure they don't do this again.

REPEAL "CONDEMN THE BLACK HAWKS"

§0 - Preamble:
I fully understand the atrocities that The Black Hawks have committed against other regions, but these condemnations draw more attention to The Black Hawks and therefore actually help them.

§1 - Although well intended, both condemnations have done more good for The Black Hawks by drawing attention to them and therefore more nations have joined ever since the condemnations.
Having two condemnations clearly visible on the front page helps them gain their status of being "The most feared region" as proudly stated on their front page. With this they become most powerful raider group; this is what they want.

Despite both condemnations having no effect on The Black Hawks, there are now proposals for a 3rd condemnation on The Black Hawks, such a proposal would draw even more attention to The Black Hawks and would appeal to their aim of being "the most feared region."

§2 - Closing Statements:
These condemnations do nothing but help a disgusting region by drawing more attention to them, even residents of The Black Hawks often state that these condemnations have done nothing but help them gain new nations.
This is why we must finally repeal the failed condemnation of The Black Hawks.
