Didn't he write the original commendation? I originally thought he was meaning the repeal attempt was written by Sedge as some joke about them being overworked with bad proposals, then they realised they couldn't get rid of it.

I think that Naziism and other ideologies are okay. I would check for precedent but it says I can't use the search function right now. :\

Okay, this is the most relevant ruling I could find atm:

Rule 4(e) only really applies in a couple of cases - to "real-world ideologies" - those like Nazism, Fabian Socialism, Peronism etc. that reference real-world people or similar (and Nazism is so common in the game, we're lax on that too), or if a proposal was solely based on an ideology (Condemns Examplistan for being Communist) without explaining what that was.

We may do a clean-up of the rules at some point, to clarify this.

Yes it was a little unfortunate.

Not going to disagree with you, but proposing a C&C solely on a real world reference doesn't seem quite right. Anyway as you say let's see what the ruling is.
