Argument: It's been long enough it's time we forgive.

Due to the fact that the reason Macedon was condemned was due to lack of cultural relativism. What we think is right isn't what is always best for everyone, for example back in ancient times King Darius of Persia as we ruled his many countries in his empire he kept cultural relativism by this example. There was a small tribe of people who believed in eating there dead which to us and most people seems horrible, but for them it was sacred and King Darius understood that and let them preserved there culture! And in this case the Macedon culture is to oppress and control others, we need to respect that.

Due to the fact that when this first passed was in the beginning of nation states we must have a re-vote because they do not represent the votes of all of us who are here today, most of those people are not actively involved today, we should let the present decide our future, and the future of Macedon not something most of us never expressed opinion on

I'm not sure on the Rule 3 aspect of that - I don't think we've had a similar case come up before. Arguably the target resolution is already there in the title/description. On the other hand, we do want proposals to clearly state in an operative clause exactly what it is they do.

Description: Injustice Must Be Punished - Serves as an Example to Other Evil Organizations

Purpose: It is high time that we condemn the evil empire of the region that is known as HYDRA Command.

Mythology: A hydra which is a mythical being is an 8-headed dragon. Known to be evil and hateful of all humanity; great heroes usually emerge and slay the 8-headed beast known as hydra. Symbolically a worthless 8-headed dragon also sometimes symbolized as a venomous Cobra. In any event any self-proclaimed Christian must take note and eradicate the Devil worshiping region.

Proposal: To strongly condemn HYDRA Command and issue an immediate set of sanctions and travel bans on all members of the region. Exposed members belonging to the region will be arrested and if found to have committed crime in any nation outside their region will be executed for crimes against humanity.

Strength: 2000 Nuclear ICBMs, over a billion tactical missiles, advanced FTL spacecraft all the way to skull smashing, rock holding paleo dieters.

Proposed Outcome: The outlawing and dissolution of HYDRA Command and the peaceful integration of former HYDRA member nations.

When DEN's High Command decided to split off from the organization, they headed to Grand Central while most rank and file/lower level officers moved to HyCom. It's like we're the new version of DEN, but not in the same way DEN was the new TBR. Same soldiers, completely different leadership. Doesn't matter though, we haven't done nearly enough to deserve a condemnation.
