Description: Noticing that the Delegate Stujenske has ejected and banned many nations (including previous Delegate Funkidelia) who threatened his position. And that he has (quote from Funkidelia) Stujenske abolished all law and order in Lazarus by dissolving the constitution. Additionally, Stujenske and forum root administrator Feux stripped Funkadelia (along with others) of his admin position and banned him from the Lazarus forums with no trial.

Understanding that both all of these acts are illegal according to the People’s Republic Constitution. Also understanding that if this carries on then the region could descend into anarchy as the nation currently has no laws in place.

Therefore, the World Assembly hereby lifts power from the current delegate, forbids him from every being delegate again, un-bans the currently banned nations that Stujenske has banned and electing a new delegate for the region who will re-introduce the constitution, and restore Lazarus to it's norm.

Liberate Lazarus

Description: Within the past 3 and 1/2 days alone, Lazarus' regional delegacy and many of its moderators, have suppressed more than 75 RMB posts, far surpassing the average number of RMB suppression within any region worldwide within a single month alone. Not only is it an infringement on the very foundings of a true democracy, but it infringes on the basic fundamental freedoms to freedom of opinion and expression. More than 90% of the posts suppressed were not posted to intend violence toward Lazarus' regime, but simply a replacement. Regardless of the excessive negative feedback on Lazarus' current state of affairs, their voices are being totally ignored and for the most part, censored.

i) Its delegate should be unendorsed by all WA nations in Lazarus to unelect its delegacy, and those unendorsing its delegacy should be protected from repercussion or ensured return to Lazarus' membership once liberation is successful;
ii) The endorsement capacity should be abolished and the right of the people to democratically elect whom they want running for public office should protected, setting an endorsement capacity only restricts the right of candidates to have more votes, thus infringing on the idea of true democracy;
iii) Its regional Delagate, Stujenske's government, should be banned from the region if the people so wish to choose that punishment;
iv) Indpendent and WA orders dedicated to defending and liberating regions should be dispatched into Lazarus in order to secure it from the shackles of tyranny and ensure our liberation campaign is successful;
v) Lazarus is not being targeted for liberation due to passwords or membership restrictions, but due to the excessive injustice portrayed in such a small amount of time, creating concern for those wanting democracy.

Hereby Liberates Lazarus.
