I'm not expert on plagiarism. There's no question that it's a lazy copy of the ideas of the original, but they didn't copy the actual text. My understanding is that you have to copy the text for it to be plagiarism.
The author has a prior warning for proposal spamming, so I'm guessing we're seeing a lazy badge hunter who won't campaign. If it doesn't get a whole lot more approvals, I'm inclined to let it just quietly fade away.

Recognizing that Pro Life-2017 holds what many consider a "petty grudge" against The Dizzy Flying Saucers of Doom of Frisbeeteria, and looked to condemn them for superficial reasons.
Acknowledging that Frisbeeteria is a moderator of NationStates and, in fact, cannot be condemned for simply "doing their job".
Shocked that Pro Life-2017 would continue to support their stand on the situation even after the aforementioned statements were made known to them.
Appalled that Pro Life-2017 considered suing the entire nation of Frisbeeteria under the claim of "He is making me look bad, this is a clear cut case of libel."
Hereby condemns Pro Life-2017.

Greetings my fellow members, delegates, and representatives!
I am the ruler of Las Pompitas and delegate of the small, peaceful region of The Busters of Nut and I bring forward an unfortunate yet dire proposal that Condemns Queen Yuno for its injustices.
By passing this resolution, the World Assembly is
ASSERTING the salient need to condemn Queen Yuno for its assailment on the nations in The East Pacific over which the PsychoQueendom rules over and its breaching of the restrictions this grand World Assembly places upon itself to make the realm of which we inhabit safer,
NOTING the World Assembly predicates its existence on membership being voluntary. However, when emigrating away from the feeder of The East Pacific where my nation was formed, I was quickly sent a telegram bearing threats from Queen Yuno that are backed by potential raids, stating that emigration is illegal. This is compulsory membership, which is the opposite of the brilliant laws to which the World Assembly was forged from,
REINFORCING the representation of member nations. My small region would not survive a raid from a feeder, and if we plan for this Assembly to be representative of its small member nations as well as its large hegemons, I believe we must make an example of Queen Yuno and its imperialistic fearmongering of developing nations,
EXPOSING corruption of unjust, rogue hegemons. I have discovered clear violations Queen Yuno has made of the GAR #399 which prohibits the unmonitored transferring of arms that is used “in contravention of exant World Assembly legislation on human rights”. The World Census found Queen Yuno of possessing “enormous, deeply entrenched, quite specialized black market in Uranium Mining, Arms Manufacturing…” Such a market spells a war brought by rebels which puts civilian lives at risk, endangering human rights of the people.
As of April 15, 2017, GAR #399 has been in place, however, Queen Yuno has still not changed its practices to regulate this underground bazaar.
For these reasons I compel the Security Council to fulfill its duty to protect the World Assembly from malicious, vindictive states such as Queen Yuno which belittle the powers given to them by our generous Assembly. Approve!

A couple R4 violations.
Also, for some reason, I am seeing it in the proposals queue twice, but with the same ID number. Maybe some odd server hiccup, seeing as it shows up as submitted only once in activity, as well as in national happenings, but shows up twice with the same timestamp in recent happenings.

why shall we the MT Army when it point blankly states that the MT Army has destroyed the lives of many benevolent leaders who were strong enough and courageous enough to stand up and shape their communities in times of utter hardship knowing that what they were doing was going to be for the best for their country even when they knew that their country was going to hate them for it, "protecting the legacy of hatred and serving as custodians of anti-culture/anti government ( pro business) policies, and maintaining control of hundreds of forcibly taken land to be used as an ever-expanding museum of hatred for those morals and ethics that millions if not billions of people have voted to establish in the past.
Pointing further to the MT Army's influence, support, guidance, and inspiration to such hatred as the free voting system, he was able to cause great genocide of many Koreans, and Russians and has such a totalitarian control over kids playing with sand castles. I hereby ask the council to repeal a mass murderer's commendations and to instead commend people who are willing to allow the world to shape itself in whatever form it has so chosen to take, without becoming the Hitler that this propaganda has him made out to be!
