I don't think you quite grasp how to effectively write a condemnation based on the above argument. Truly, there's not really an argument here, as Fratt correctly pointed out and Shaz reiterated there isn't any unique argument to begin with. Simply stating the region's name alone is not justification for a codemnation, nor is it a unique argument steeped in actual reasons for the condemnation.

Further, if you're arguing that this region shouldn't exist because of in-game connotations, that would be a rule 1 violation, which again would negate the condemnation.

It'll take more than this to adequately condemn a region by any stretch. The fact that this has already been removed should hint that this indeed has a rules violation (unless you yourself removed it, which is now possible under current SC and GA mechanics)

Indeed they are! I'm going to err on rule 2 for unique argument, but if not unique argument, then technical suggestions. In my opinion, if we assume it is a unique argument (which therefore passes rule 2 in a broad sense) it cannot pass rule 2(c), as this proposal seems to indicate that Nazi Europa is condemnable by the simple virtue of its existence, which may be argued on the side of a gameplay mechanic (that is, allowing the region to exist) instead of supplying reasons as to why their existence is condemnable. Either way, I am curious to see how this resolution progresses.

You leave all arguments out because you believe the condemnability of the region is self-evident. The ruleset doesn't allow that.

It's a clear R2 violation: "proposals must contain a unique and relevant argument."

You can't leave readers to fill in the blanks for themselves. You can't say "Noting ___, resolving to condemn them." A prior assumption of the author must be that nothing is self-evident, that every argument must be spelled out clearly to the reader rather than implicitly.

A sad fact of NationStates is that there are more than a hundred NS regions with "Nazi" in their name. It's not as clever as you think it is to say that every Nazi region should be condemned implicitly by being a Nazi region: that same argument can be used for "American Nazi Party," "Commonwealth of Fascists and Nazis," and (shudder) "Communist Nazi Jews of Experiment Y."

There are reasons we single Nazi Europa out among other Nazi regions:

• It's a major region.
• It's not a puppet region, nor is it occupied by Anti-Nazi/Anti-Fascist forces.
• It's not satirical or subversive.

But you haven't spelled that out for readers, Belschaft. It's like asking Watson to name the airport for Toronto. There's loads of Torontos, we just colloquially think of there being one. London is great and all but "Noting London, resolving to commend London" would glibly fail to justify why we should commend London, UK for being London and not London, Ontario.

This region deserves to be commended. Over the last two years this has been the best region that nobody knows about. They have established a government, make important decisions using democracy, and are making a judicial system for countries that have done wrong. They are one of the fastest growing regions in Nationstates in my opinion. They need to be commended for evenly distributing power between the founder and prime minister. In fact each prime minister they have had is allowed to make executive orders in which everyone including the founder complys to. And give power to not only the prime minister but to the other administrative positions in their government. They need to be recognized for their proper division in power.

What we need to do is commend Mall. Liberate Haven brought a lot of activity and attention to the SC which is always a good thing.
