Noting the acts of aggression committed by the Union of bells war machine against innocent regions and recognizing it as a threat,

Recalling that raider groups have been using Union of bells as a hidden force since Dens collapse.

Recognizing that the current incarnation of DEN has caused raiders to form new regions with hidden agendas but remained a separate entity from Den and other Raider Regions , with the same sole purpose world domination and destruction of other regions.

To remind you that terror regions like Union Of Bell, and Den must be stopped at all costs to keep world peace and tranquility between Regions.

To also point that the Union Of Bells latest attacks against United Group will not go unnoticed or unpunished and that the World Assembly doesn't stand nor allow acts of Terror.

Description: Recognizing: Lagrangian has been creating regions only to soon destroy them. He has betrayed the ones who trusted him. He has blocked our powers and has secretly attempted to recruit and steal members from our beloved region, which is a criminal offense. He also lied to us about DEN invading the region and created many puppets to threaten us so he could lock this region and tarnish our image. Lastly, he has attempted to cover up his actions by attempting to repeatedly suppressing and unsuppressing his posts so that no one will see what he did. In fact, the one nation that threatened us, Japans Home, is probably none other than Lagrangian himself. He set this all up. It's no coincidence that he locked down the region days before he was to create a new one and completely betray us. But we weren't the only ones betrayed. Countless others have been betrayed by him before us. Take The Union of the Royal Alliance for example. Since Lag has been repeatedly spamming their RMB with his puppets, they have had to ban him over and over again.
Therefore: We propose that the WA Condemn The Royal Lagrangian due to all of his horrific deeds that have destroyed countless regions.

Description: The raider region DEN must be condemned due to the following reasons.
1. Malicious raiding and pillaging.
2. Destroying/deleting regional dispatches
3. Defacing region world fact book entries and replacing them with ads for DEN
4. Raiding peaceful/non raider or defender regions
5. Cutting off regional communications
6. Suppressing everything on regional message board.

Because of the previously mentioned reasons, the war criminals known as DEN must be condemned. Their tyranny must be put to an end before any more regions suffer because of their methods. In the region known as The Lumpy Sith Lords of Rock, DEN attacked and destroyed hours of work and foundations for no other reason than because one nation left DEN and joined The Sith Lords.

I think there are some R4c violations... Also the underlined section may or may not be an R3 violation. The last sentence is also clearly untrue, but that doesn't have anything to do with legality.

I think it just might pass muster as legal. It does say "Condemn %nation% and it does give a couple of reasons why.
