Description: The Security Council of the World Assembly:

DISGUSTED by the mien of the ambassador that Winner12345 has sent to the World Assembly;

HIGHLIGHTING that ignorance of WA standard protocols, rude behavior, and a pompous attitude are just some of the ambassador's flaws;

NOTING that the ambassador has proposed multiple gun law proposals, switching political opinions by flip-flopping in an attempt to find support for the poorly written and despised proposals;

UNDERSTANDING that the ambassador, at the discretion of the nation of Winner12345, willingly made a wager with the distinguished members of this assembly that the nation would resign from WA affairs forever and always should the submitted gun proposal fail to achieve quorum;

APPALLED that the ambassador and the nation of Winner12345 have purposefully not honored the terms of this agreement, but on the contrary the nation has become the WA delegate for the region of Great White Brotherhood and the ambassador has continued to submit proposals of extreme poor quality, including an attempt to repeal SC Resolution #1, simply on the fact the region is proud of being condemned first;

BELIEVING that the actions by both the ambassador and nation of Winner12345 are not the actions that the WA are reputable for;

CONVINCED that an SC condemnation is the only course of action that will send a message to the ambassador, nation, and the world that this appalling behavior is not welcomed in this distinguished assembly,

Hereby condemns the nation of Winner12345.

I somewhat support this, although I also think it's a bit petty. In addition, the language in the "NOTING" clause is rather confusing. I struck out the bits I find strange.

While he has done these things, he hasn't done anything to directly deserve a Condemnation. Such an act requires the nation to perform actions on an even further international scale, not just in the Security Office.

No it hasn't.. I may not speak in the GA, but I do pay attention to some topics. Every thread this guy makes gets a lot of attention from people putting him down.

Some people take longer than others: let's not condemn every n00b who joins the game and takes a bit longer to fit in than everyone else, especially considering that he'll probably CTE in a year or so.

Condemnations should be for people who have made a genuinely large impact on the game.
