NOTING that Oson Empire is killing civilians in attempt to restore power in the Jovian Islands.

CONSIDERING that the murder is against the right to life,

CONVINCED that in order to liberate mankind from such an odious scourge that is needed is international cooperation,

AWARE that the murder is also against existing laws,

CONCERNED by the fact still remains that such an atrocity,

Reaffirming that the meaning of this charge can not be other than consolidating world peace,

RECALLING that the international protection should be of concern to all members of the WA.

HOPING that WA members realize the barbarity that is being pursued across the Jovian Islands,

WITH HOPE that WA members to give sufficient importance to this proposal.

HEREBRY condemn The Orson Empire.
