DISTURBED by the persistence of the forced disappearance of persons to take them to concentration camps in Lyatniya,

CONSIDERING that trafficking in persons to concentration camps is against existing laws imposed by this assembly previously

UNDERSTANDING that the nation of Lyatniya is dangerous and threatens world peace,

BELIEVING that it must honor the rights of individuals to be free,

RECALLING that the matters regarding concentration camps must be extremely taken into account,

REAFFIRMING that the systematic practice of killing people is a crime against humanity,

HOPING that this convention contrubuya to prevent, punish, and eliminate the killing of people for whatever their beliefs are,

CONDEMNING Lyatniya for the above statements.

All I see is that they wanted a colony and they exicute prisioners and have slaves. They are not in the WA so WA laws do not apply to them they can murder people in the streets and the WA has no power to do anything. You cant accuse them of breaking laws that dont apply to them.

You don't have to be in the WA to be condemned or commended. That said, condemning does nothing except giving a pretty badge, and condemning someone on the basis of 1 RP is really superfluous.

ATTENTION NEWER NATIONS TO THE SC!!!!!!

If you want an SC badge don't to Commend yourself or nations that are undeserving, new, or otherwise related to you. You won't get any support and it is fairly easy to tell that you guys are convoluting together. (Actually I am suprised at how little nations try to hide this.) Furthermore don't try to Condemn nations you have had no contact with just because you read their page, or for roleplaying reason when you do not role play with them regularly and they don role play with the rest of the world.

I would simply make your nation CTE and try again with a new, innovative idea that actually has merit.
