Dearest member's of the World Assembly, Security Council and fellow comrade nations of the the region of the USSR with in the Assembly:

It is with great honor to participate once again with in the vast hall's of peace and resolutions and of communication with in our great nations, as a great socialist fatherland we have been isolated for years because of our own choices even hardly establishing communications with in our own region because of fear of political intolerance and world view.

The Peoples Congress, the Council of the Socialist Federation and the Central Committee of the People's Communist Party of Velezgrad have come to reach with an open hand and a call for unity. Far enough have we as a bulwark of socialism and peace be part of this self imposed exile. Our nation can contribute to all manners of world security in accord with terms and agreements with the assembly.

We as a nation, as a revolutionary nation......the nation of the Party can only give so much thru all the nations of our world. We are not a democracy, we are a centralized to democracy, plurality of thought but unity of action. We want to show an example to the assembly, to the region of the USSR and to the rest of the world that our fortress motherland is at the disposal of world peace, in diplomacy or in war.

Our iron curtain is open.......but open for peace, prosperity and world justice.

We thank you for your attention and please read more about our great socialist motherland.

For peace, for socialism, for victory.

Iosif Velezhovsky

General Secretary of the PCPV

Chairman of the Central Committe

Chairman of the Defense Commission.

This forum is for crafting and discussing SC proposals. We don't need introduction threads from each of the WA's 16,563 members. Please do any roleplay in the Diplomacy forums.
