I am no good at drafting these things, and I do not know enough about the Pacific or Equilism to put together a draft, but I wonder whether it would be appropriate at this time to put together a commendation for Moo Cows With Guns and his contribution to Feeder life and Nationstates in general?

I have been told that Rothinzil would kill the person logging into Moo's nation if it CTE. I would not worry about that for awhile. And this is a good idea, and I mean that not just as member of TP.

Obviously a great person, the question is, what contributions to NationStates by Moo Cows were commendable? I didn't know Moo Cows well, so I'm asking that sincerely. A commendation is probably going to need to acknowledge specific contributions to be able to defend itself from criticism.

Truthfully speaking, I'm honestly not sure if any single resolution could do MC justice; but, if one can, and if such was written with sincere intent, I would support it wholeheartedly.
