The Security Council,

RECOGNIZING the glorious existence of [nation=short]FriarTuck[/nation], a nation containing simply one citizen, known as FriarTuck;

APPLAUDING the assistance FriarTuck has provided to the defender cause, especially on the more technical side, such as helping various defenders ensure proper movement times and thus increasing substantially the chances for success;

RECOGNIZING the amazing work of FriarTuck as a courier, delivering important messages from one nation to another all across the world, saving lots of time and hassle;

NOTING the work done by FriarTuck to prepare various diplomats for the trials of life by providing preemptive practice for situations such as divorce;

AMUSED by the various greetings FriarTuck has for the diplomats who enter the hallowed halls of diplomacy, such as saying simply "glomph" or "OMG... TELL ME ANYTHING";

BELIEVING that the presence of FriarTuck makes this world more enjoyable and that the services provided by FriarTuck are essential and therefore;

Hereby Commends FriarTuck

So yes, this commendation isn't super serious... but there's nothing wrong with being light-hearted, and being light-hearted doesn't mean that the commendation is entirely unsubmittable. I'd like to be able to submit this at some point, but I know i'm walking a line, hence the [? !].

FriarTuck contributes by providing various approximations for update times for regions.

This is helpful for ensuring if your nation has updated or not, to know about how much time you have to switch your WA, to help set up a trigger, so on and so forth.

Furthermore his defender assisting is but a part of his arsenal of things he can do.

According to some fendas, we have made a tool that pinpoints the update time of every region in the game, without any of us being aware of it or using it. That deserves at least seven Commendations, right?
