I just...ah. Could you please read the rules before posting any more proposal topics? Specifically, the part about what Liberation proposals do. It would be pointless to liberate a region without a Delegate-imposed password.

This would set terrible precedance, some regions need to be passworded for their regional security or to restrict entry to certain nations (e.g, applying to join a RP region).

Why is it necessary? The region is under it's native government, which is by no means hostile.

The delegation of Jamie Anumia will not be supporting this proposal, there is no password, liberations are supposed to remove passwords.

So since people wouldnt support condemning the region for being raided, you're now going to try and liberate it, despite the fact that there is no password actually in place?

As to the "content" of your proposal, there already is as free-entry as the Security Council can hope to enforce, so again this is a pointless draft based on your grudge against the region and a complete lack of understanding of how anything, anywhere works.
