APPALLED that the sovereign head of state would allow such legislation that:

1. Permits bombs to be carried on aircraft as a measure of security
2. Compromises the rights of pet owners by having their pets removed for unethical scientific experimentation,
3. Initiates government torture in the form of boot camps, which causes severe physical and mental trauma to its citizens.

CONCERNED that Latine Imperii defence budget by its large nature, risks the sovereign status and rights of other nations

RECOGNISES that this defence spending is for aggressive, self-interested purposes that does not contribute to the progression of humanity

ACKNOWLEDGES that Latine Imperii has threatened other nations and exposed them to unnecessary risk.

HEREBY condemns Latine Imperii

Not that it really matters as there's no chance of this coming to vote, but for future reference it's a good idea to be able to back up what you say in the proposal (also what Skyrim said about actually posting it here first.)

It's an issue answer condemnation, and the tiny, inactive, non-RP, non-gameplayer target was last active 16 days ago. So basically it's an empty condemnation of an empty target by a troll proposer who just wants people to comment on his nonsense.
